Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To facilitate effective and non-discriminatory access to justice for all, and effective redress, including by electronic means (e-Justice)
  • To promote efficient civil, and criminal procedures
  • To support the rights of all victims of crime as well as the procedural rights of suspects and accused persons in criminal proceedings

Priorities

  • Priority 1: e-Justice, to support the implementation of Regulation 2023/2844
  • Priority 2: victims’ rights and procedural rights, to contribute to the effective and coherent application of EU law in the area of the rights of victims of crime

Eligibility 

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries:
  • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs), excluding Denmark)
  • Non-EU states: listed EEA countries and countries associated to the Justice Europe Programme (Click here)
  • A consortium composed of at least 2 entities, established in at least 2 different EU Member States or associated countries to the programme must be constituted
  • The consortium must include at least one public body, private non-profit organisation or international organisation as beneficiary or affiliated entity

  • Budget per topic:
    • For priority 1: 2.400.000 euros
    • For priority 2: 3 million euros
  • Amount of the grant:
    • For priority 1: between 100.000 and 800.000 euros
    • For priority 2: no less than 100.000 euros
  • Funding rate: up to 90% of the total eligible costs
