Objective
To strengthen the capacity of workers’ organisations to address, at EU/transnational level, challenges related to changes in employment and work and social dialogue
Priorities
Priority 1: Modernisation of the labour market, job creation and youth employment, employment in SMEs
Priority 2: New forms of work, including platform work
Priority 3: Quality of work, including fair working-conditions, anticipation, preparation and management of change and restructuring
Priority 4: Digitalisation of the economy and society
Priority 5: Transition to a climate-neutral economy
Priority 6: Skills development including re- and upskilling; skills intelligence
Priority 7: Intra-EU labour mobility, migration; youth employment, health and safety at work
Priority 8: Modernisation of social protection systems, including access to social protection for those in non-standard forms of employment
