Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To support the operational setup of Cross-Border Coordination Points (CBCP) under the BRIDGEforEU framework
  • To facilitate Member States in establishing CBCPs by providing financial assistance

Priorities

  • Priority 1: to support the creation of CBCPs to address legal and administrative obstacles in cross-border cooperation
  • Priority 2: to focus on border regions, both land and maritime, shared by neighbouring EU Member States
  • Priority 3: to ensure that CBCPs contribute to improving coordination and problem-solving across national borders

Among financed actions

  • Set-up and operational costs for CBCPs (rent, furniture, equipment, digital systems)
  • Procurement of expert services, including studies, consultancy, and legal advice for defining the CBCP model
  • Design and development of websites or digital tools for CBCP operations

Eligibility

  • Be acknowledged – via the “letter of acknowledgment” attached as ANNEX 1 to the present call – by a MS as an established CBCP according to the Regulation or a prospective CBCP
  • Be legal entities or “permanent entities” as defined in article 4(3-b) of the BRIDGEforEU Regulation
  • Be established in one of EU Member State
