Objectives

  • To complement and support the strategic goals of the Chips Act with international exchange activities between non state actors
  • To provide continuity to the three workstreams of the 2024 Chips Diplomacy Support Initiative

  • Priority 2: trade protective measures
  • Priority 3: export control
  • Priority 4: intellectual property protection
  • Priority 5: main European semiconductor ecosystem actors
  • Priority 6: supply chain intelligence
  • Priority 7: supply chain resilience
  • Priority 8: standards and certification
  • Priority 9: green innovation and its industrial and environmental impact

  • Conferences, seminars, webinars
  • Awareness and dissemination actions
  • Exchanges of good practices
  • Networking activities
  • Studies, analyses, mapping projects
  • Research activities
  • Drafting of reports

 

Eligibility

  • Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.:
    • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs))
  • Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register in the Participant Register before submitting the proposal.
  • A consortium composed of minimum 3 independent entities (beneficiaries ; not affiliated entities) from 3 different eligible countries must be constituted.

Additional information

  • Initial duration of the action: between 12 and 24 months

Extensions are possible, if duly justified and through an amendment.
