Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To support EU entities to develop game-changing innovations that have the potential to revolutionise the future of access to space and improve the competitiveness of the European space industry
  • To support the development (from mid maturity) of some game-changing innovations for European launch solutions

Eligibility

  • Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e. EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs))
  • Respect also the following eligibility and participation conditions:
    • the executive management structures are established in Member States of the EU
    • the resulting activities are carried out in one or more EU Member States
    • the legal entity is not subject to control by a third country or by a third country entity.
  • Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register in the Participant Register before submitting the proposal

Additional information

  • Initial duration of the action: between 24 and 36 months

Extensions are possible, if duly justified and through an amendment.

  • Total budget of the call: 20 million euros
  • Amount of the grant: between 5.000.000 and 7.000.000 euros per project
  • Funding rate: up to 100% of the total eligible costs
