Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To facilitate workers’ intra-EU labour mobility, to boost employment opportunities as well as to support the implementation of the EURES Regulation
  • To facilitate cross-border labour mobility in border regions, including those with a common sea border, which do not yet benefit from cooperation structures of regional labour market players

Eligibility

  • Be a public or private entity
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries:
    • EU Member States
    • Non-EU states: EEA countries (Norway and Iceland)
  • A consortium composed of
    • at least 3 entities, which complies different conditions (see details on the call document) must be constituted (ESF-2025-EURES-CBC-ECP)
    • at least 2 entities, which complies different conditions (see details on the call document) must be constituted (ESF-2025-EURES-CBC-CBI)
  • The following entities are only eligible as co-applicants:
    • EURES members or partners
    • Social partner organisations at European, national or regional level
    • Public or private employment services
    • Third sector organisations
    • Other relevant actors active on the EU/EEA labour market

Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 9 million euros
  • Amount of the grant:
    • ESF-2025-EURES-CBC-ECP: between 300.000 and 1.500.000 euros
    • ESF-2025-EURES-CBC-CBI: maximum 200 000 euros
  • Funding rate: up to 95% of the total eligible costs
