Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To create or strengthen National Cyber Hubs, with state-of-the-art tools for monitoring, understanding and proactively managing cyber events
  • To use the aggregated data and analysis to deliver early warnings to targeted critical infrastructures on a need-to-know basis
  • To build capacity for new or existing National Cyber Hubs, e.g. equipment, tools, data feeds.

Eligibility

  • Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.:
    • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs))
    • EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein)
  • A consortium composed of
    • only one entity, which complies different conditions (see details on the call document) must be constituted (DIGITAL-ECCC-2026-DEPLOY-CYBER-10-NCH)
    • at least 3 entities, which complies different conditions (see details on the call document) must be constituted (DIGITAL-ECCC-2026-DEPLOY-CYBER-10- CBCH)
