Objectives 

  • To promote, protect and monitor the rights of persons with disabilities
  • To support the implementation of the Strategy for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities 2021–2030
  • To ensure persons with disabilities fully enjoy their rights

Priorities

  • Priority 1: To implement the Disability Strategy at national and local levels
  • Priority 2: To raise awareness of the Strategy and disability rights across Europe
  • Priority 3: To strengthen the capacity of national member organisations
  • Priority 4: To support the European Semester with concrete contributions

Eligibility 

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity
  • Be a non-profit making entity
  • Be: a NGO
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries:
  • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
  • Non-EU states: listed EEA countries and countries associated to the CERV Programme (Click here)
  • A consortium composed of only one applicant must be constituted
