CREATIVE EUROPE – Films on the Move – 2025

Objective

To support the wider distribution of recent non-national European films by encouraging sales agents and theatrical distributors in particular to invest in promotion and adequate distribution of non-national European films.

• Campaigns for the pan-European theatrical
• Online distribution of eligible European films

Eligibility

• Be a legal person
• Be a public or private entity
• Be established in one of the eligible countries:
  • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
  • Non-EU states: listed EEA countries and countries associated to the to the Creative Europe Programme (Click here)
• Be established in one of the countries participating fully in the MEDIA Strand of the Creative Europe Programme and owned directly or indirectly, wholly or by majority participation, by nationals from such countries
• Be a European Sales agent (see details on the call document)
• Only applications by single applicants are allowed (single beneficiaries)

• Initial duration of the action: between 12 and 24 months
