CEF – CEF 2 Transport – TA – MOVE – General Envelope – 2025

Objective

To continue developing, coordinating and harmonising National Access Points (NAPs), by contributing to the creation of a digital twin of the physical transport infrastructure and its operations, and by providing for a data layer supporting transport services.

Priorities

• Priority 1: To provide EU-wide multimodal travel information services
• Priority 2: To provide EU-wide real-time traffic information services
• Priority 3: To ensure data and procedures for the provision, where possible, of road safety-related minimum universal traffic information free of charge to users
• Priority 4: To provide information services for safe and secure parking places for trucks and commercial vehicles

Among financed actions

• Governance and strategy, project management, long-term governance of the coordination mechanism
• Monitoring of accessibility of data on NAPs
• Interoperability of NAP architectures
• Data accessibility and data exchange
• Data collection and creation
• Compliance assessment
• Creation of unique EU identifiers for access nodes
• Dissemination and outreach activities

Eligibility

• Be a legal person
• Be a public or private entity
• Be a NGO, a company, a university, a research institution, a SME, an organisation
• Be established in one of the eligible countries:
  • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
  • Non-EU states: listed EEA countries and countries associated to the CEF Programme (Click here)
• A consortium composed of at least 17 entities must be constituted (see details on the call document)
