Justice Programme – Call for proposals for action grants to support transnational projects on judicial training covering civil law, criminal law or fundamental rights – 2022

Objective

• To contribute to the effective and coherent application of EU law in the areas of civil law, criminal law and fundamental rights, as enshrined in the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, and the rule of law related issues, by helping to address the training needs of justice professionals in these fields.

Priorities 

• Priority 1: Judicial training principles;
• Priority 2: Training needs assessment;
• Priority 3: Gender mainstreaming;
• Priority 4: Non-legal skills and knowledge.

Among financed activities

• Training activities that are tailored to the daily professional needs, practical, interactive and accessible to all learners, including practitioners with disabilities, whatever the face-to-face, blended, hybrid or online format(s) of the activities.

Additional information

• This call for proposals is an open call for proposals.
• Initial duration of the action: between 12 and 36 months.

Eligibility 

• Be a legal person;
• Be a public or private entity;
• Organisations which are profit-oriented must submit applications in partnership with public entities or private non-profit organisations.

• Amount of the grant: not lower than 75,000 euro
• Co-financing rate: up to 90% of the total eligible costs
